Christmas

Okay, here it is folks, the official Christmas timeline.

I’m leaving here on Christmas Eve, and will get into Nashville around 10:30pm that night. From there I’ll drive home to Monticello, and be there until probably Dec 30 or there abouts. AFter that, I’ll head west over to Ft. Campbell area and be there (and around visiting) until Jan 7th, when I leave from Nashville again to head home.

Blast to the past

So, with the writer’s strike, I’m here watching Jay Leno, a show from Oct 2003, right after the Recall Gov Election in California. Funny thing is, I was actually in Monterey visiting then, before I had any idea I was going to move here a few months later.

Sadam was still alive.

Brittney Spears wasn’t crazy. And people actually cheered for her.

There was “speculation” about Hilary running for President in 2004.

Oh, and the Paris Hilton “tape” had just been made public.

Funny stuff.

Fill my Kettle!

So, I’m attempting to fill my online red kettle this year to support The Salvation Army here, which of course, is where I work (eh, and live). Anyway, if you’d like to help out, click the kettle below to make a donation. I’d be muchos gracias!
